Mambo meets
is a format conceived to widen research by direct
contact between the public and the main authors of
international contemporary culture. Its programme
will see live performances and meetings with the representatives
of the world of architecture, music, poetry and theatre
in the spaces contiguous to the new permanent collection
and other exhibition spaces. It will also be possible
to investigate the programmes, the strategies and
the very evolution of museum practice and its relation
with the territory in conferences held by the directors
and curators of the main Museum Institutions. All
the events will take place in an area suitable for
the public's participation. This will once again stress
the indelible connection between design, production
and communication in the most recent artistic and
cultural research.
